A group of fresh graduates full of vitality joined Zhonglian Company through campus recruitment serving as R&D engineers at the beginning of year 2015. Zhonglian Technology Center arranged various trainings for the new blood. All the young boys and girls quickly entered into the role of career against strictness and unremitting effort. The center realized a comprehensive improvement on research and technical project which laid a solid foundation for future development.
How time flies! The fresh engineers joined last year now got a position of engineer assistant. This is not only R&D recognition of company but also of the society.
The R&D task would be more arduous because of fierce market competition. However the R&D team led by Mrs. Zhang Ermei will be prosperous! As the future of R&D department, the young engineers firmly believe the idea of no pains no gains. As one of the Zhonglian staff, everyone should be serious towards position responsibility and confidently strive for personal target, creating value for Zhonglian as well as growing up with Zhonglian.
