In the end of August 2015, Zhonglian had a training of SA8000 at 4thfloor conference meeting.
This is a season of harvest. The leaders of Zhonglian invited Professor Mr. Zhang Yunheng having the training for better improving management level, following strategic demand and strengthening staff skills.
The content includes child labor, compulsory labor, health & safety, freedom of association, right of collective beginning, discrimination, disciplinary measures, working time, salary, and management system etc. The courses involve the conception of SA8000, summary, function and significance, review process, and cases etc. Mr. Zhang also discussed how to solve problems when customer had a plant review. All the staff had a frequent interaction under an active atmosphere.
All staff shared at the end of training that it is an impressive activity and they have learnt much from it. Mr. Zhang also got high praise for efficient content and teaching way of variety.
